I would like to buy a snooker cue with box but don't know how to choose one.
I recalled someone said Made in England always the best.....Made in Thailand is better than Made in China.....
Say my budget is HK$1000 and I am just a beginner.....which one should I go for. Where to buy?
Any suggestions ah..... Thank you in advance ah.......

147 pro shop au yeung has some cue craft machine spliced cues which pricing around $1000
but i do suggest u do a little bit more research b4 buying such as ash/maple, 1 pc or 3/4, length n weight such and such... u can go to different cue shop and try more.... this is wat my advice...
hope u can get a nice cue which fit u |

I know the budget is a bit tight...will check out the shops first.
I went to Mong Kok - Garden street last week but did not see many shops selling snooker cue wor....i saw some but they are crap...priced ranging from HK$300-$650. Could you provide addresses of some known shops.
I also went to snooker club 新旺 last week and saw some cues ... looking good ah....I like the one made by graphie (or black steel)...i know most people prefer wood rather than metal. why's that? One of my friends use the metal one.....it was fine WOR - very straight and non-senitive to weather. what do u think?
